Apparel Decoration Specialist
Jamestown, NY · Full Time · Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
If you are passionate about decorated apparel and quality craftsmanship, this role supports embroidery, heat press applications, and production setup for custom garments and promotional items.
Responsibilities
- Operate embroidery and heat press equipment for custom apparel production.
- Run production printers and prep artwork files for decoration workflows.
- Inspect finished products for quality, placement accuracy, and consistency.
- Track inventory levels for garments and decoration materials.
- Collaborate with team members to hit delivery deadlines.
- Maintain clean, safe workstations and reliable equipment performance.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused production habits.
- Ability to manage repetitive production tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with basic measurements and apparel layout positioning.
- Reliable communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior apparel decoration experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates.
